Unlike random workouts that chase calorie burn, our app delivers structured training programs designed to build muscle, protect bone health, and boost confidence through every stage of perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause. We’re Nicole and Cassidy, personal trainers with a combined experience of over two decades working specifically with women in these life stages. We understand the unique needs of women 40+ who balance careers, families, and life’s many demands. You’ll find progressive strength training, mobility, and even explosive power movements. Because strength isn’t just about today, it’s about staying capable and confident for years to come.
With variations for beginners to advanced lifters, easy-to-follow video demos, and expert guidance every step of the way, the Strength Society App takes the guesswork out of training.
