    Every workout includes variations from beginner to advanced, so you can start where you are and keep progressing.

    Step under the barbell and lift with confidence.

    Strength Progression is built for women with access to a full gym or home setup with a barbell and rack. This program focuses on progressive overload to help you build muscle, increase bone density, and develop power. Workouts include beginner-to-advanced variations so you can challenge yourself safely as you grow stronger.

    Every woman’s body and journey is unique. Strength Personalized is for those who need a training plan tailored to their fitness level, lifestyle, or special considerations (such as injuries or health needs).

    Together, we’ll design a program that supports your goals while honoring your body, helping you build strength, confidence, and resilience on your terms.

    This plan includes a 30-minute consultation each month to discuss your goals and needs. This plan will continue on a recurring monthly basis so you always have support and guidance.
